He was very professional, on time and did a great job cleaning the traffic areas in the office. We were very pleased. The office smelled fresh. He placed the chairs and furniature back to its original place and put small plastic squares on the bottom of the legs so the rugs would not mark. The type of machine he used left little to no moisture on the rugs so we could walk on them. I liked his work so much that he is coming to my residence to clean the rugs. I would recommend Dockery LLC. in a blink of an eye!

Rob did a really good job. The customer service very good. They were very concerned as to whether or not they did a good job. They took their with it and it was not rushed at all. Overall I was very happy.

Mr. Dockery was prompt and was very professional. He explained how he was going to clean the carpets. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend him to others, and I will definitely call him again to clean my carpets.

Rob was very nice and picked up my rug from my old home, cleaned it, and delivered it to my new address. The rug came out very clean and, I am very happy with the service. I would recommend this company to everyone.
