 + 0 moreWe had Mr. Kochis come out late August and give us an estimate on four sinks and hot water heater work. Unfortunately the flood happened and put everything behind schedule. As time went on we kept adding jobs (kitchen drain basket and trap and new toilet) so the cost increased. After Mr. Kochis was able to deal with his own flood problems as well as other jobs he had, he was able to complete our work. He and his fellow worker spent the day here. They were both very professional and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Installed new traps on four bathroom sinks and installed a new drain basket and trap on kitchen sink. Installed new toilet. Reconfigured flue pipes on water heater.

Description of Work: Mr. Kochis has peformed plumbing and heating repair work on my house several times. He came to my house when i had problems with my heating system one extremely cold winter's day. He got the parts required quickly and made all needed repairs. He replaced my water heater at a fair price for the heater and his services. I wouldn't hesitate to call Kochis Refrigeration and Air for Heating, A/C, Plumbing needs
