We had Mr. Kochis come out late August and give us an estimate on four sinks and hot water heater work. Unfortunately the flood happened and put everything behind schedule. As time went on we kept adding jobs (kitchen drain basket and trap and new toilet) so the cost increased. After Mr. Kochis was able to deal with his own flood problems as well as other jobs he had, he was able to complete our work. He and his fellow worker spent the day here. They were both very professional and did an excellent job.
