Bob Jones was very open and answered all our questions.  He started five minutes early and did not stop until everything was done.  He patiently allowed me to follow him and ask questions.

Bob did a great job. He was very thorough and noted every minor issue and potential issue. He was helpful and willing to answer any and all of my questions. Upon completion he provided me with a three ring binder full of information that was easy to read, understand, and interpret. A digital copy was also provided. Overall Bob was knowledgeable, prompt (I received the report the next day after inspection!), and very thorough!

We contacted Eagle Eye Home Inspection Service to complete an inspection for a new home we were looking to purchase.  Bob, owner of Eagle Eye,  had completed the home inspection on the previous home I had bought, and I had been satisfied with the service provided.  Once again, Bob exceeded all of my expectations.  He was easy to get in touch with, and was prompt with scheduling the inspection.  During the inspection, Bob was extremely thorough, and took the time to walk me through all of the areas of the the home he had examined.  He also pointed out areas of concern within the home.  Bob took plentiful pictures throughout the inspection, which were helpful when it came time to ask the seller for money back toward necessary repairs.  After the inspection was completed, my report was finalized and sent to me in a very quick manner.  I received a binder that Bob delivered to my home, as well as an online album of all of the pictures and inspection notes.  I recommend Eagle Eye Home Inspection with no reservations.  If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional home inspection service, this is the one for you!

Very thorough & careful, he caught a small gas leak that even his detector missed. A very personable but professional man, he made my experience very pleasant.
