The problems are occurring Nov 2010. The boiler is frequently failing to ignite. Had two different techs out that I found from the Buderus website. Neither could figure out what Devan did, or provide me with a permanent fix. As recently as last night we were without heat and hot water again. I continue to e-mail him letting him know I am having issues and he still has yet to respond. He knows we have 3 small children in the house as well. I am trying a third tech today to try to get me up and running completely. I joined Angie's list today to put this complaint in. Devan is smart and if you can get him to show up to service what he builds, you may be OK. If he disappears, like he has right now, good luck finding a person to walk into your house to solve a complicated problem.
