Outstanding from start to finish.  No issues.  Minor "bumps in the road" that were handled in a timely and professional manner.

I was extremely impressed with the appliances that they had at the time. There were lots of options for my cabinets. The designer was very patience with me, we just sat, and he would mock it up for me. It was a very long planning process. When it was all said and done, I got to different cabinets from the same manufacturer. You would not know it if you looked at my kitchen. They helped me save thousands of dollars and being willing to do it that way; I have a very fancy kitchen. That part was nice. The way Lowe's does it, they have their own contractors, and the contractor that was assigned to me has worked for Lowe's in the past. He was a little bit of a nightmare. He was trying to sell additional products; on the one hand, some of it was good, because we needed it. The people at Lowe's were my mentors and they backed his work, even in cases where they had not provided the material. He did a back splash that was terrible. They had him take it out and they found someone to put it back. I only paid for the material; they paid for the labor. When he drilled the doors, he broke the back of the doors; they replaced all of doors. I received unprecedented support from Lowe's. It took almost a year before the whole thing was done, that was my fault. I would use Lowe's again because when working with a contractor, it was nice to have someone in my corner. I was very impressed. The second guy that came in and did the back splash was very nice.

The gentleman we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of assistance in making sure that what we ended up is what we wanted. He followed up all during the process. They helped make whatever tweaks he needed to make to make us happy. The guys who installed it were incredible. We had a lot of work done on our houses. We have built two houses and have done a lot of stuff. These are the best guys that I have ever worked with. They were always on time. We are undoubtedly going to use them next year to put a new bathroom in. They are great company.

The contractor made lots of mistakes and messed things up. Lowe's backed us for not only the things that we subcontracted through them, but also with the things that we subcontracted privately. We purchased tiles from our back-splash outside of Lowe's. They ended-up crediting me for what I had spent and installed a new back-splash. They really bent over backwards for us. When the subcontractor was putting the handles on the doors, he cracked the doors. Lowe's was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and replaced all of the doors. We have since used Lowe's and plan to use them for future projects as well. Lowe's has reported that they are no longer using this subcontractor.
