The cost was more than I expected because he need to replace a part. However, we did not know that part was going need to be replaced. They were able to come out with 48 hours of my call. He was able to tell me some future repairs I may look into and give me an estimate while here. I believe JAC went above and beyond.

I hired J.A.C. Electrical to help with staffing issues. They performed maintenance for a few apartments I had issues with. They were extremely helpful, efficient and took care going into occupied apartments. My tenants were grateful for their assistance. He came exactly when he said and it was in the evening which was great. He found the issues right away and showed me the issues. I am not an electrical person but I could see what he was saying. He also found other issues and wanted to check the other new kitchen outlet out to be sure they don t have the same issues. I am very happy with the service!

Knowing that my job was time-sensitive due to a real estate closing, John made every effort to do the work on time. The scope of the work got longer and longer as he kept working, because the house was full of so many surprises. What was supposed to be a one-visit job turned out to be at least five. He estimated 10 hours and ended up putting in 20. But he never showed any frustration during the entire ordeal. I would highly recommend John to anybody. You can t go wrong.

John was great. He did a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing while and before working. Great conversations with him also. I will be calling him again and again for more jobs.

I had a 30 AMP outside service added to my panel. He was extremely pleasant and allowed me to watch what he was doing, for that I gave him a 5. The quality could have been slightly better as I had to ask him to make the necessary cuts to close the outside cover (that allows me to lock the cover plate) that is why I gave him a 4.5. I have no idea if the charge for services was on point, but it was what I was willing to pay.

I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐️. Great job. Very dependable. Will definitely call him again if needed. Thank you John!
