When I called for a quote Jeff came to my house the next evening and gave me the quote that night.  People had told me that windows at other companies were expensive so I was pleasantly surprised with his quote.  He told me he would contact me in 3 weeks, which he did and started the next day. 

They are very friendly and cleaned up every night before they left.  They even played with my dog!   It has made a big difference with no cold air coming in and I don't hear the traffic.

I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant. Work quality is excellent and the windows are great! I am doing the replacements in batches and the prior year's windows made an enormous difference in the winter.

Went very very well .Very professional and neat

We found our sliding glass door was leaking when it rained. Grand Openings replaced all of the original windows on our 50+ year old house 2 years previous. We were so pleased with the price, workmanship and quality of their products that we knew there was no one else to call. The windows are custom built to order so hey are a perfect fit and really high quality. The windows and the sliding glass door are from the same manufacturer and carry a lifetime, transferable warranty including the screens. Great selection of both windows and doors. We have referred many friends and family and all have been happy with their work. They were in and out of the house in a day and half. They took away the old doors and left the work site spotless. They are meticulous about the installation and cleanup. We did have one issue with the sliding glass door. It has integrated blinds that are magnetically controlled. There is a white plastic strip on the right side of the glass with a sliding mechanism to raise and lower the blind. the strip adhesive on the strip was failing. I called them to get ti fixed. they contacted the manufacturer and found that this was newer design and sent Grand Openings a new adhesive that they were now using to correct the issue. They cam right out and the fix is rock solid! They stand behind the products they sell!

have held up well. He and his crew did the work as estimated, as
scheduled, quickly, and neatly.

Jeff from Grand Openings was always pleasant to deal with from the first phone call. He was thorough in his estimate and provided all services as promised. The house was always left clean - both interior and exterior. The project was done faster than I originally expected and the quality of the product is top notch.

Excellent service, installation, and quality.

I felt comfortable going with Grand Openings for the following reasons: they were recommended by a co-worker, Jeff (owner) was very easy to work with, and Sunrise (according to my research) is a quality product. The install went according to schedule (6 weeks from time of order). The installer took his time and did a good job. He cleaned up afterward and hauled away the old windows. The entire job (one installer) took three full days. I cannot comment on "call backs" or follow up service - no problems as of yet. I also cannot comment on the windows - I will have to wait to see how they perform over the winter.

Jeff was very prompt and informative as he gave a quote. The installers did a great job, were clean and nice and came on time. I had other windows replaced by another company and preferred this one.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND WERE RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THE TECHNICIANS WERE POLITE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION THAT WAS DONE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID THE JOB. I THINK IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND THEY CLEANED UP. I COULDN'T TELL ANYTHING HAD BEEN DONE, AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. AND THEY WERE IN MY WAY, AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. I LOVE THESE GUYS, THEY WERE TERRIFIC.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE. I WAS VERY PLEASED.
