This owner was rude and very unprofessional, and left my machine apart and said he was not coming back. I was not satisfied with him at all!
Description of Work: Was very difficult to make an appointment with this business to repair a dishwasher. Said they were very busy. Took 2 afternoons off from work to meet with these repair men. First, afternoon came, took bottom panel off, and determined a filter was needed. It was on the other truck, will be back the next afternoon to finish the job. I was to call when I was on my way home from work in Troy, 40 miles away. I did and no one showed. I called back at 4, said they were coming, called back at 6, said they had to order the part, should be there Friday or Saturday. My husband called Saturday, that was when this man went off on my husband. He said we were not his only customer, he had no idea when the part would be in, and hung up on him. Steve called back, then he told him to find someone else to repair his dishwasher, he was not coming back. How professional was he? Ttalbots then fixed the dishwasher the following Monday with no problem.
