WE FOUND THE COMPANY TO BE NON-RESPONSIVE. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. WE WILL NOT USE THIS TREE SERVICE AGAIN, BECAUSE WE HAD TOO MANY HASSLES WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
