L.H. Constructing is into building and restoring the dreams of their customers. We are a small company which gives us a personal touch. We do sub-contract certain jobs and all our sub contractors are licensed and insured. We also give 10 % discounts to Angie's list participates.

Tracy arrived on time went over what was to be done again to make sure we was on the same page that I didn't want any changes she completed work also did a fantastic job with clean up I felt her price for the work done was well worth it.
Description of Work: I had an excess to my attic built the hole was cut in the ceiling and steps and door put in also had dryer vent trading from me washer a dryer going outside.

The work was sloppy and she made a number of mistakes. She was nice, personable, and professional but what she says and what she does are two different things. I don't believe she has the necessary skills to install tile. It looked fine at first glance but after further inspection I noticed a lot of mistakes. The tile floor is not even and she offered to come back and fix it to my satisfaction but you would literally have to take everything out/ start over again to complete the work. I am not interested in having her come back out for any more work and don't want anyone else to go through what I did

They always arrived on time, very professional, reasonably priced and neat workers.
Description of Work: Painting - 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, foyer, hallway. Sanded and polished floors. Sanded steps. Put up new blinds in bedroom.
