Started to leak again 2 weeks later.

They had to return due to a small problem. The toilet wasn't set completely against the wall. He informed me that it wasn't possible. He did a good job finding a good toilet and the other repairs were done well. Very responsive.

Peter the sales rep was prompt and curtious. He called and showed up exactly when he said he would. He timely emailed  all  proposals and expenses and obtained all the required (3) permits. Jan (Polish name) the lead workerman, was also prompt and curtious. He worked 12 hours in one day to complete the job, he repaired the lawn sprinkler system afterwards and did a nice job cleaning up.  Am told by Peter that he would drop off a large bag of grass seed for the lawn in a couple of days and if more dirt is needed next spring when everything settles, to call them and they will bring it.  I had obtained 5 estimates. Terry Gallagher  was in the upper middle price range. I selected them because of their professionalism and that there were no complaints cited in BBB website. Rotorooter (Farmingdale) and Citiwide (Carle Place) each had 13 and 8 complaings cited in the last 3 yrs.

He went all the way out to the road with the camera and said everything looked good.

Went as promised.

Peter always answered phone calls promptly, and arrived for scheduled appointments on time. Always pleasant, patient, and informative. Broke down estimate into three parts in order for me to evaluate respective costs and decide on work to be done. Did the complete job. They arrived right on time on the assigned day. All the guys were pleasant and patient with my many questions. Peter was here with them directing the project. They had to remove the toilets to change the waste lines, and neatly replaced the fixtures. They minimized the time I was without any water or sewer access. Peter coordinated nicely with the contractor who needed to do some wood cross-beam repair work concurrently with the plumbing work. Worked neatly, and cleaned up after themselves at each step of the project. Peter walked through each phase of the project with me before and after the work. They repaired the expected broken sprinkler lines as agreed upon, and replaced the lawn and shrubs with care. Peter was great about taking care of any plumbing surprises that came up, and when appropriate just incorporated them into the job. Always honest, always fair. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again for any plumbing project and would recommend them to family and friends.

They did a reasonably good job. They left 4 large construction cones and never came back to pick them up even after I called them and told them about it.

The sewer backed up into the house and a sewer cleaning service could not clear the blockage or get a camera into the line to determine the problem. Since the sewer line was installed in the 1960's, the conclusion was "A new line". Terry Gallagher's salesman came out the same day, gave me an estimate, promised to do the job in 2 days (one day to research sewer location and the 2nd day to do the actual work). On the second day, they came at 8AM as promised with three people; two for manual labor and one to operate the backhoe for trenching and shoveling (Terry himself, a knowledgeable guy). A new line was installed curving around the now large tree and keeping away from the tree so as to not undermine it's root system. The job was completed at about 5PM, with repairs to the irrigation system. Their contract condition was that if anything was wrong with the irrigation system or the landscape, they would not be responsible. Their responsibility was the sewer line, but they would do their best to care for the other items. The work was done pretty well, as far as I could tell. Plantings were replaced and trenches filled. I thought the new line would be laid in sand for support, but they said that it wasn't necessary. Repairs to the lawn and water system were OK; I had to have more repair work done...but they tried. The trench could have been packed down more since I experienced quite a bit of settling; otherwise all is working. I do recommend this company and would use them again if need be.

Work was done in a satisfactory and professional manner. Only negative was that in the midst of job, fee was raised $1,500 because position of sewer line was redirected so as not to harm neighbor's lawn.

THEY DO PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY CLEANED THE AREA AFTER THE YARD WAS DUG UP AND THE COMPANY OWNER CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE JOB UPON COMPLETION. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.
