He suggested installing 1 window as opposed to two smaller ones, which I didn't agree to. He charged me $75 for snow removal, and didn't complete the work to my satisfaction. The driveway was left so narrow, I had to dig myself out to get to work.

Chris was referred to us by friends of ours who had a lot of work done by him. The project got under way about a week later than originally predicted, which we didn't mind at all. He was kind enough to keep us informed and explained to us that this happens from time to time because he finishes a job completely before getting started on the next project as opposed to having multiple projects going all at one time. He was at the house every day by 8 am and worked till 6, leaving the house in such a way that I hardly knew anyone was in my house at the end of the day. His 2 guys are friendly and pleasant and I was comfortable with them in my house. The original time frame for the basement was 3 weeks, which went a little longer but I must say I am partly to blame since my husband and I added several things which Chris suggested would make our space nicer.
