Great experience! Branching out was professional, quick and very reasonable. We couldn’t believe how quick they completed the job, yet left the area clean, like they were never there. I will be calling them next year for the next project.

They came and gave me an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. After meeting and getting estimates from two other companies I decided to hire Branching Out Tree Service. They came on time and did a wonderful job. The tree was very large and close to my neighbor's fence, which concerned me. However they were very careful and except for wood chips from the ground stump you would never know they had been there. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

The process from estimate to the actual work could not have gone any smoother than it did. Glen was very responsive on both occasions and both crews were nothing less than professional. The clean up was superb!

Very fast work. Cheapest around. They left all the wood chips behind from the stump grinding. Now have to pay another company to remove them. Other than that overall good experience

The boss lied about that would be done. He said price would include stump removal but the workers would not remove the stump.

They cut down a tree close to my pool.  Didn't get to much debris in my clean pool.  Just some floating branches.  I asked them to remove the branches with my skimmer when they cleaned up.  I came back when the noise died down.  With their blower they blew great amounts of saw dust and more branches all over my pool.  Saw dust sank to the bottom.  They blew saw dust into my sunroom between the panels of glass.  Real dumb.  They looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked them to remove the branches from the pool..  Branches up to two and a half feet in length.  Never happened.  I called the office while the men were still there and spoke to a lady who said Herman the owner will call me right back.  I asked for his last name.  She refused to give it to me nor the name of the other owner.  Another lady  Consumer Affairs gave me the name.  Herman nor the other owner never called back.  I emailed the office two days later.  No return call.  Life is to short ladies and gentleman.  Don't take a chance.  Go else where.  Thank you for reading my review.

I found Branching Out Tree Services through a friend who raved about them and they lived up to the hype! They were punctual, professional and super efficient. Branching Out Tree Services exceeded my expectations in every way and I will definitely use and refer them in the future.

These guys were great. All that was agreed to on the contract was taking care of as discussed for the price agreed to. The made lite work of a giant pine I had on my property and cleaned up nicely when done. I saw these guys when they were doing work for a neighbor and I'm glad I went and asked for a quote. Very happy with the work they did.

Was told they would be at house at 8:00 am sharp, didn't arrive until 8:30 (thirty minutes late). We went over many specifics with Dennis about our job. Dennis is the man who came to our house to price out the job. Dennis told us he would not be there at the start of the job, but would show up during the day. Dennis assured us that the job Foreman would know everything that needed to be done. Well, they arrived late and the Foreman did not know ANY of the specific particulars we discussed with Dennis. The Foreman was totally unaware of the things promised to us (even though they were written in the contract). I had to call Dennis (who never did show the entire day), who then spoke to the Foreman on the phone, and informed him what needed to be done. Lesson here is, just becasue Dennis or the initial person who comes to your house to price the job out promises you something, make sure it is in the contract and make sure the men who come to do the work know what the particulars are.
Another issue, I had read on Angie's List that someone had been told the grindings of the tree stumps would be removed, but the workers told the customer doing that would cost extra. I specifically addressed this with Dennis, who told me most of the grinds would be levelled of as best as possible, and the remainder would be removed at no extra cost. When I mentioned this to the Foreman, he said it would cost extra to remove the grindings. Again, Dennis had to speak to the Foreman to do it for no extra money. Make sure that it is spelled out ahead of time!
As for the quality of their work, the men did a very good job. They worked very hard and we were very satisfied with the completed work. We did give the men water, iced tea, cookies and snacks throughout the day, but they did work very hard and did a very good job. My only issues were two things:
1 - Late arrival
2 - Workers did not know particulars of agreement, and wanted to charge extra for what I was told was included.
Other than these two issues, I have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to others. They overall did a very good job.

Not only did they neglect to remove all the trees and shrubbery from my property as promised, the crew was drinking beer while they were working and left beer cans on my lawn. I called the office to see if they could come back and finish what they had agreed to do and the woman told me she would bring my complaints to the owner. Five days go by with no word and when I call back the woman was extremely rude to me and said that I may have seen and quot;someoneand quot; drinking beer on my lawn but it wasn't them. When I asked if I could speak to the owner she said the owner had nothing to say to me. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a company before. We saved for months to get this work done, only to have to finish it ourselves. We'll have to hire another company to remove the enormous pieces of tree trunk the crew decided they weren't going to remove themselves. Since we paid cash they don't care about coming back to finish the job. Stay far away from this company.

They are okay but I didn't think that they were perfectly honest that the price didn't include the carting away of the chips that they made from the grinding of the stump. I though they were punctual and did good work. They came and did what they said they were going to do but they just left out that detail.

I had already gotten 3 estimates for the job last year from other companies. Unfortunately, the company I chose showed up late in the day and told me the job was too big to do at the late hour. I had been told they would contact me when they were in the neighborhood again, however, they never got back to me. Yesterday, I saw an add in my local paper that mentioned a discount coupon for $100, so I figured I would give them a call being that I was familar with last year's prices. Branching Out came to me house within the hour and an extremely pleasant sales person gave me an estimate. I accepted immediately because the price was really great. Branching Out phoned me back within 2 hours to schedule a time to come to my house. We scheduled it for today (the day after the estimate). The were running late, and the office called me to let me know. The communication with this company was wonderful. The job has just been completed and I am so pleased. They did an outstanding job. The workers were so very courteous and they cleaned up the yard nicely. I was more than happy to tip each of the 7 workers. I highly recommend this company.

I saw them working on my neighbor trees. So, I decided to call them a week later for an estimate. The owner came the next day and gave me a reasonable price. His crew came the next and did a great job. I was really impressed that they did not leave until I was completly happy.
