Service writer Wayne was very professional, did not try to upsell any unnecessary services. Wayne was able to help me get my Bluetooth connected, and to get my Toyota Entune working properly.

I have had experiences with other repair shops before I started going to Amity. They are very good professionals who always do quality work. They might be a little more expensive. However, they do their job right and that is what I like about them. If they make a mistake, they will fix it. There is a nice waiting room in there, and they try to be more accommodative.

After I got my tune up, I was having problems with the performance of the car. One of the spark plugs was not put in properly. They were not nice people to deal with. I don't go there and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Toyota is good with repairs. I mean, my Toyota is older so its expected that it will have problems due to its age. I think the people who they employ seem to be pretty respectable and their knowledge base seems to be good. I think usually if you take your car into them, they are good about brainstorming about what possible problems there could be and at diagnosing the specific stuff that is going on. I have no problems with them. They fixed the problems my car was having, so I was satisfied.
