They don t make them like Will anymore! Will is the total package: very responsive, on time, very communicative, very friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly to me HONEST! Previously, I had a different HVAC repairman tell me I needed my entire AC Unit replaced - close to $10K to replace. Will came out and looked at the unit and advised that was not the case at all, that I needed to add Freon and clean out the lines - and he took special care to show me how everything worked so that I knew for future as a homeowner. Will saved me so much money and will forever be grateful for the knowledge. ALWAYS HIRE WILL!! Especially, if like me, you have been burned before and have a distrust of repairmen. Will is good people doing good in the world and you can feel confident about that!! Thank you Will!!

I had the pleasure of contacting Wil Tooma. Wil is not only nice, but also knows his Air conditioning in and out. He provided referrals, all documentation. He was on time and quick with his work. I am grateful that I have found such an awesome company. I will use them again.

When I hired Will it was for a second opinion on replacing the HVAC unit in our apartment. We were told by 2 other contractors that the compressor was broken and we should really consider replacing the entire system. I was expecting to hear the same from Will but hoping it would be less than the previous contractors quote of $16,000! (You read that right). We ve actually spent the whole summer without air conditioning because we weren t ready to shell out that much money, just wasn t in our budget this year. He said he wanted to do a little investigating and maybe it s something he can actually repair. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and after really not too much time he had the unit working! For less than $400! I highly recommend Will. It s the best experience I ve had with any contractor. He really knows what he s doing and he s very honest.

Will explained everything. Took pictures of the issues and sent them to me. He did what he said he would do. He made sure my problem was resolved before he left. He warrantied the work for one year. I will absolutely be calling him again if I have any problems in the future with my AC and will be recommending him to our architect to be used on future jobs.
