Perfect as always. These guys are awesome. Was a hose leaking some fuel vapors. They replaced the hose at N/C, simple quick in and out.....Have used these guys for a couple years and never worry about being oversold or overcharged.

I used a "coupon", but it turns out their regular price was the same as the coupon prize, so the coupon was just a scheme to draw customers in.  Otherwise seemed fine.

I have been going to Premier Car care since many years. The staff could not be any more pleasant. The waiting room is comfortable and have coffee.

They did an ok job but nothing special. I was satisfied.

After a couple weeks I noticed a worsening vibration coming from the rear brakes. Took it back in and the drums were turned and reinstalled free of charge. Very happy with the service and most important "honesty". I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

Larry was great.  He listened to my concerns, and was very efficient in analyzing my problem.   I have been looking for an auto repair shop, and this will be my go to establishment for my auto needs.

I like their service.  I go there all the time.

I have used them for a few oil changes and inspections in the last year. The vehicles re always done right when they estimate and the work is professional and well done.

They don't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I can usually take my car in the day I call.

At present time, I do not have a car payment on this vehicle.  This car has been a dream since I bought it in 2007.  It is a 2004 Honda Accord.  I opted to perform all of the things Everett recommended to me.  This typically goes against my better judgement.
However, I was hesitant a few years ago when a co-worker recommended that I go to the "Midas" place near the mall.  Yet, he described Larry and Everett to a tee.  I did not tap into them really until last May when my inspection was up on my 04 Accord.   I had a bad experience at Valu-Muffler and Brake just down the street only 15 months prior.  It involved my rear rotors.   As the problem "fixed" by Valu-Muffler and Brake was NEVER really resolved.   I was fearful that my visit into the Midas shop was going to be a fortune.  The vehicle needed the brakes looked at and have an inspection.  Larry told me I needed new rotors!  (D*** Valu-Muffler!).   They gave me new rear rotors, pads and repaired the calipers by un-freezing the pistons that were causing trouble.  I was cautioned that the calipers may not continue to operate properly for very long.   I walked only spending  $314.58.   This could have been way worse.  They fairly priced, properly installed the parts, and insured the problem did not repeat itself.   The most impressive piece of my whole experience happened one month later.  I was a happy customer with my car woes solved.  Larry called my cell phone to ask me how brakes were holding up and if the caliper had frozen up again.  He reminded me of the Midas warranty on the rotor if I ended up with an issue and insisted I bring it in for a quick assessment if I found the brakes sticking again.  I did not need service again on that vehicle until my inspection expired again this spring.
I happily went back to Larry and Everett, and will return again.   The high quality workmanship and honesty for a very fair price that Larry and Everett provide, will keep me going back for more.   I am only a customer of theirs because word of mouth is one of the best ways to gain new business.   
Keep up the good work guys, and you will not ever run out of customers.

He called me and told me the things that needed to be done, which does not surprise us. We used the same place for 30 years. We have been very happy with their service. Everett and Larry, who are the managers there, are very friendly. They don't repair anything that doesn't need repair. They're very fair with their pricing.

I liked the friendliness, the punctuality and the work.  They have good mechanics; they are honest and reliable.  They explain the problems and leave it up to me to make the decision on whether to do the work, they don't push me.  I will continue to use them.
