09/26/14: Sidewalk demo/ removal
09/29/14: Sidewalk poured
09/30/14: Porch & Driveway demo/ removal/ Side of Garage Walkway - removed stone squares
10/01/14: Porch was water damaged below cap/ demo below cap; poured colored concrete for entire porch (no charge for       additional colored concrete below cap); raised the porch level to replace step at entry door (great idea and safer)
10/03/14: Poured driveway and side walkway
Worked performed in a timely manner. Great curb appeal; neighbors love it.
CJ Panzarella handles sales and oversees sight work. Owner does a walk through at end of job.
Need additional home renovation work done and asked CJ for any references for new porch railings, fencing, insulation/ energy audit, windows, doors, electrical, new wood shelving. They do it all, except fencing. CJ referred me to his friend who own's DMR Fencing- got a good quote within 3 days. CJ gave me a great reference, Old Dutchman's Wrought Iron Inc., for my new bronze railings (not rod iron). Beautiful! Will wait until spring for yard, fence work. So I couldn't be happier with the flow of all the work renovations that have gone smoothly and timely!!! What a plus. HIGHLY recommend Millennium Construction for your concrete and many other specialty needs that they can provide and, if not, they can refer you to good business associates.
