"We provided an excellent service to this client by mature, professional, experienced pet sitters. The office has been nothing but professional. During major holidays we do have a 50% non refundable deposit for bookings because we do turn business away because we book up quickly. We do not want to be taken advantage of. It is in our agreement that was signed by this client. This client has had a history of canceling services with us throughout the last year. In 2016 also during a holiday they cancelled. This is the 2nd cancellation in a row on major holidays in 2017. It is not our fault if the 2 parties in the family did not communicate with each other. Hopefully the kid on the street is insured and bonded and shows up for the visits. Unfortunately we have heard horror stories about kids pet and house sitting. I am pasting some messages from Mrs. [Member Name Removed] to us as to why they really were not using us any longer. Her husband is upset with out policy and that is why he is leaving a bad reference. I believe if you as a business continued to have people cancel on you when other clients have been turned away during busy holiday periods would also have the non-refundable deposit policy. "We are a professional pet sitting and dog walking business. While we do provide dog waste removal services that is not our focus therefore we will not be the "cheapest". Our business is based on quality pet sitting and dog walking services. You can go elsewhere for a cheaper service but will not have the same quality of service."

She is upset because she degraded friends of mine on a private site on Facebook and I called her on it and told her she was being nasty to people. She also gets nasty about her political beliefs. This rating has nothing to do with the excellent services Laura's Critter Care provides and it is not fair to the professional pet sitter that helped her that she made this a personal thing that had nothing to do with my company."
