It is a Trane furnace. I have not called them back because I really don't need them. They were good. I had to have a gas line put in because it was an electric gas dryer and I think that was a little steep. I told them I thought it was overpriced and he told me it was due to the materials cost. Their price for the furnace I think was comparable to several other companies that came in. They were the closest to my home. Their technicians were very on spot, they knew what they were doing. Dealing with them they were very polite. They were right on time when they said they were going to be and they did it within a day. I think they were very professional.

We did find and acknowledge a failed Bell & Gossett Series 100 pump, which we quoted to replace. Upon investigating this system, we also RECOMMENDED draining, purging, brushing down and refilling the system, which was quoted, for all work, not to excel $1,800.00. This recommendation was a pro-active approach to keep your system operating properly and efficiently. I apologize if the information was not translated clearly, by our staff.
