 + -1 moreIt was expensive because it was a king sized mattress. When they brought me the mattress it was the wrong mattress. So they had to pick it up and I returned it. I got another mattress -- a different kind. I did not like it and had a h*ll of a time for them taking it back. Plus they charged me $250. Now I got the original mattress that I ordered, but I am out $350. It is not like they are a bad company, I just am aggravated that I had to pay money for a salesman's slipup. Every time I sent back a mattress there was a $50 service charge. I just think there was a big mistake made and I don't think they corrected it properly. The only thing I can say is I did not like the $350 extra charge I had to pay. The quality is fine and they were pretty receptive.
