CFM Stone

Horrible. Worst customer service ever. Lost 4 days of work because they would schedule and cancel right before end of business. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Backsplash was too thick & it took 6 weeks for them to cut down! Several defects in counter (stark white circle( that no one would address. Called and emailed owner but he never once responded!

CFM provided subcontracting services for a kitchen design company.  CFM was very responsive and took incredible pride in their customer service.  Their number one goal is clearly customer service.  
The counter tops were beautiful and the pricing was the most competitive after exploring many other options.
CFM delivery was timely and very professional.  My wife had an issue with some spotting, which I understand is customary with natural stone.  CFM with no questions ask removed the initial installation to review the counter top and removed any perceived imperfections.
CFM was very responsive to all questions and stood behind their product.  I am not sure of the size of the workforce, but most conversation was directly with the owner.  Tom Boyd's only concern was customer satisfaction.  The final installation was extremely professional and the final product was remarkable.

We shopped a few different places for our granite. At CFM we dealt mostly with Jillian. She is a dedicated worker with a calm and laid back demeanor. She never made you feel rushed and she did not "direct" you to anything in particular. It can be very overwhelming to look at all of those beautiful slabs of granite. Everyone in the warehouse was pleasant.
The man that came to do the template gave me some information that differed from the installers but they were not deciding factors.
I arranged to go for the layout and they listened to my input as to areas of the slabs I didnt like as well so they avoided them.
The installers arrived on time and were very professional. When they realized they needed extra men to get one of the pieces in safely they called and help arrived quickly. When they were done with the install and I looked it over I noticed that one end of the countertop had a cloudy appearance and one of the guys made it his mission to polish that end to my satisfaction.... he succeeded.
We are very pleased with the whole experience at CFM.

The people that you work with are fantastic. The availability of product and of remnants is large. They're very helpful. Their prices are very competitive, if not the best in the area. They didn't beat one price because I've had 2 sets of countertops put in by them and then I went for the third and the price was a little higher on the third one. Someone else gave me a better price. But they're very good. The only complaint I have about them is that their showroom and their office are pretty much a mess. They don't really put their priority in that. There's no ambiance there at all. They could be much better. They're very well-organized but they could care less with the office. They don't put any props in the area where the customer might look at different stones and stuff, I'm really surprised they lack on that.
