Build Macaluso Inc

The project was delayed numerous times by Build Mac to the point that we nearly had to cancel our company's 10 year anniversary party that we had already rescheduled once due to the delays by Build Mac. Their work was completely down to the wire for that November party (at our office finishing the night before our party), and nearly a year later, they still have not completed the job—we are still waiting for a glass door for our conference room glazing system. In July 2018—nine months after the project was supposed to wrap—we were told the door was in and ready for install. They delivered the door on a Friday afternoon and came back on a Saturday morning to install only to discover it was the wrong size (error attributed to glass company, of course). Three months later—now one year since the project was supposed to wrap—and numerous follow-ups and still no door. Last I even got a response, I was told that the door wasn't even ordered yet. We have made several attempts to follow up with Michael Macaluso for an update, but our inquiries are not answered, or are met with all kinds of excuses and lies (i.e. the new door was already ordered; and then it wasn't; then it was again). There is no excuse for this. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
