Mike Kapur was my inspector. He was very professional, pleasant and informative as well as easy to approach for all of the questions I had. I would rehire them again if needed and recommend them to my friends as well.

I hired Mike Kapur of Sonic Home Inspections from all the favorable reviews I read on Home Advisor and elsewhere. From my Experience, the reviews were dead on. Mike gave a very thorough inspection of my home at Easton, CT in August. 2019. Mike was very punctual arrived 30 minutes earlier than his prescribed time and began visually canvassing the property prior to my arrival. When we met for the first time Mike was very professional, courteous and attentive to all my concerns. Mike took his time, checking and testing equipment throughout the house. He discovered a shower leak in the basement which has been remedied by the seller. Overall Mike gave passed my home giving a score of an 8 or 9 in terms how solid and well-built my home is. I chose Mikes Supreme inspection level. In Addition, I specified I wanted his Industry-standard Professional Moisture Meter, His Radon Tamper proof Device, Testing for VOC and Lead. Mike said **You Certainly went top-notch** Mike never pushed any inspection Category level on me or made me feel in any way pressured to do so. To sum this up, rest assured if you choose Mike, you will have no regrets, His professionalism and knowledge in the home inspection industry are beyond reproach.

I would recommend their services to ANYONE in need of a home inspection -- but more importantly, I would recommend their services for ANY homeowner to have an inspection done by them to get a full understanding of their home and be aware of its actual condition, what minor and major adjustments could be made to optimize a home s life/efficiency, as well as have any potentially disastrous conditions identified before it is too late. Sonic Home Inspections called me almost immediately after I requested service, The inspection was scheduled promptly and the inspector showed up on time and carried out a thorough inspection of the property, informing me along the way about details and areas that need attention. The inspector wore booties over his shoes and was very careful in his thorough review of the property. He was very courteous and professional. Within 24 hours of the end of the inspection, he sent an email with a full report.

Mike was early and started looking around before the inspection time, which I thought was great. He looked everywhere we could think possible, and jot down everything whether it was a project that needed immediate attention, or even if it was something he just wanted us to be aware of. he was very friendly and patient.

I hired Mike K. for my home inspection in Jan 2019 and it was the best choice. He arrived ahead of time and immediately got to work on the outside of the home. He was a professional the whole time during the inspection. He went thru the house diligently noting and taking pictures. After walking thru the house he went over all he had done explaining thru the pictures and notes. He was precise by walking thru with us all he felt were minor issues and ways to fix them which was great! I received the report immediately and it was clear to understand. I loved the clean pictures with the notes and arrows pointing to concerns. His explanations along with estimates of how much it would cost to fix minor issues was very helpful. Mike Kapur was great to work with. He was very attentive to my phone calls and accommodating to my tight schedule. Mike was early to the appointment and had already started on the outside of the house. Mike was courteous to the homeowners, realtor, and my family members in attendance. Mike went about his work respectfully and throughly. After he was finished, he went through each section of his very detailed report that included detailed color photos. Mike said we would have the report within a few hours and he was on time. The price of this general home inspection was in line with others I researched. I would gladly work with Mike again. I will continue to recommend him to my family and friends.
