I hired Robert for a complete bathroom renovation. He was professional, completely honest and trustworthy and steered me away from buying ridiculously overpriced fixtures and tile. I gave him a time frame for when i needed the job completed and he came in under. I have an will continue to recommend Robert to anyone in need.

Very badly!! I hired him to do a bathroom renovation. He DID NOT follow the directions of the contractor. He was told to cap the pipes NOT attach the valves until after the walls and tile were up. He ignored the directions without saying that he would not do it that way. He insisted that it was fine after and that it didn't matter that the holes in the wall and tile would need to be bigger. He also put the showerhead up crocked and used a threaded pipe instead of a solid one by the toilet. He did was easiest for him. He would not fix anything or return my calls. I had to hire another plumber to fix what he did and the plumber was surprised that he did things that way.

Went fine, however, a year later not working.  Hopefully he can come back and fix it.

He is a one-man company and a terrific plumber. He is punctual and professional and does the job right the first time. I spent way too much on the last job. It was a minor problem that I am still a little bit sore about but that was on account of the general contractor; they both should have known better. He does good quality work, and everything is working well. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.
