Called Gene. He was booked for the day I needed him - but he offered me an alernative date and that worked out fine.

When I last spoke to Gene, he said anytime you need me give me a call. He tries to come whenever you need him to come. He's not one of those people who says; well I'll be out in a couple weeks when I can get to you. He is very considerate and does a very good job.

THE VACUUMS WERE NOT OVERLY LOUD, SO I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE MY EVERYDAY ACTIVITY. THE WORKERS CLEANED MY CARPETS QUICKLY AND LEFT NO MESS. THE WORK WAS OF NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME.

THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS VERY WELL AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID THE JOB WELL, AND THEY DID NOT TAKE TOO LONG TO DO IT.

GENE'S CARPET SERVICE WAS EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE. HIS PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND HE IS TRUSTWORTHY. GREAT AT STAIN AND PET ODOR REMOVAL. CLEANED ORIENTAL CARPET WITHOUT COLOR TRANSFER OR SHRINKAGE.
