Tony Ferrioli is the "maestro" of getting water into your house! He is reasonably priced, honest, responsive and one of the hardest working people I have ever met.

It went very well. The provider faced several obstacles from the start. He had to repair the damage done by the first people we called. They had damaged the well by dropping the pump back down the shaft and had left cut pipe in the well shaft. It took several days to clear the well shaft of this debris but Guilderland pump personnel were relentless in perusing the repair. It was expensive but I have to say that I think the value was there. These folks looked to cut our costs where they could. They brought water when the well needed flushing instead of calling another supplier that would have charged us. In the end they repaired the well, put in a new pump. The original provider claimed we need to drill a new well.

it went ok in the end but was much costlier than we realized - also it seemed like someone with his ample experience should have seen earlier on that the well was dry and that the pump was not the problem..

I HAVE KNOWN THIS GUY FOR A LONG TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS USED HIM. THIS TIME I WAS NOT REALLY PLEASED. THEY CAME QUICKLY AND DID A GOOD JOB BUT THE PRICE SHOT UP THIS TIME AND I WASN'T REALLY PLEASED WITH THAT PART.

THEY PERFORMED EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. WE HAVE USED THE COMPANY BEFORE, BUT NEVER FOR A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT. THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD HAVE FIXED THE OLD ONE, BUT THERE WOULD BE NO GUARANTEE ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD LAST SO WE DECIDED TO JUST REPLACE IT. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE IN THIS SENSE.
