I was lucky enough to be referred to Todd at D&S because I had mold issues which were improperly remediated by an unscrupulous Mold Remediation Company and needed an assessment done. Todd has been great to work with through the assessment and he even helped me find an excellent mold remediation company that fixed the botched job. He is absolutely an honest and trustworthy stand up guy. I cannot recommend the company highly enough and am in their debt for all the help that they have given to me.

Derek came the same day I called, performed the assessment and responded with lab results the following day . He was knowledgable and thorough and pleasant. He gave me a range of possible prices depending on how extensive the problem was and how many lab tests he would have to run. It ended up being on the low end of the range.
