CAT FLOORING

He is absolutely outstanding. I can't say enough about him. His prices are reasonable, which is always a plus. He has a great manner and attitude. When you call him, he's pleasant to talk to. There's never a time when you feel rushed or that you're asking too many questions. He went out of his way to locate the flooring in the foyer to match the kitchen flooring, which had been put in five years ago. He gave me a timeframe. He is prompt, efficient, and clean. When he left, I needed a strip replaced. He was willing to do it that way, but he didn't have the necessary piece. He gave my husband a piece of stripping that was able to be cut down and painted. He also offered to put it in, all at no charge. He is phenomenal. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anybody. He is very reliable and dependable. He has a cell phone, and he always answers. When he did my sunroom floor, he had a helper. I had a heavy sofa bed that had been put in the garage. When he came, he asked what I was doing with the sofa bed. He and his helper carried the sofa bed into the house and put it in place for me that day, after the flooring was done.

We had water damage from a leaking dish washer, underneath old linoleum flooring in kitchen and Dan removed the old linoleum, repaired the damaged sub-floor, and installed new vinyl flooring... He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way,(at a time previously arranged) and arrived promptly with 2 helpers... They started to work immediately and at the end of 4 hrs., the job was done, their tools were picked up, and the room was ready for cabinets to be put in place... As for the sun room, it is a new structure and again, he arrived promptly with 1 helper, laid the vapor barrier and installed the laminate flooring... total time was approximately 2 hrs. from start to finish... We found Dan's prices extremely reasonable in both instances... and when it came time to do the sun room, (2 years after kitchen work), there was no question who we would hire... He returned my initial call promptly, came to the house and gave us an estimate,explained exactly what he would do, and what method he would use to install the new floor... set a date for the installation, and arrived promptly on that day... His helpers were polite, efficient, and neat... in both cases, cleanup was thorough... Both jobs are completely satisfactory, and we'd give him a "gold" star for a job well done!!!! We have recommended him to others, and would certainly hire him for any future work to be done.....
