Initially Paul was very prompt in answering my phone call, getting an emailed estimate to me, and scheduling the job.  He was professional the day of, and did decent work, albeit on the expensive side.  I paid him in full the day of work.  The motion detector flood light was initially set wrong (dawn to dusk constant rather than motion detected) but I was easily able to correct this.  However we needed him for a small job a few weeks later and contacted him by email.  He promptly responded he would look at his schedule and get back to us.  Then crickets.  I attempted to contact him on 2 subsequent occasions and never heard back.  A simple- "no, I can't do the job" would have sufficed and allowed me time to contact a different contractor.  Found this very unprofessional.

Paul answered my called as soon as he received it and came first thing the following morning. 

He was very polite, informative and patient with me as I needed several questions answered.  He brought another worker with him also, Vince, who was also very professional.  They worked all day without a break, and cleaned up all of their work. I was very satisfied with everything done, and would have no hesitation hiring him again.

It went excellent! Paul, the owner, did a very good job! Very prompt, very clean! Did a great job! I had him come back just this week to give an estimate on additional work for an apartment I own. He came in the morning and emailed me the estimate in full-detail by the afternoon!.

Paul -- owner -- came and estimated the job, and the work was later done to our satisfaction. When he discovered a problem (a danger) with our electrical panel, he was able to correct on the spot and explained everything to us all along the way. Very professional, and good, quality work. Wife and i are very happy, and plan to use this company again for a larger project.

It went well as usual. Paul, the owner, is an excellent electrician and was easy to work with on the project.

We contacted Immanuel Electric for an estimate. I called twice during a two week period and finally received a phone call back. When the electrician, Paul, did schedule the appointment he was prompt, professional and seemed to know the construction of our house. I was happy when told I would receive the estimate by the next day for the electrical work discussed.

The next day turned into two weeks. I called and left a message and got no return phone call. I called again the following day and received a text message that he would return my call later that evening. Again, no return phone call. I sent a text message this time and received a text message that he was traveling that week and would get back to me.

It's been three weeks since he came over and looked at our house for work. This is completely unprofessional. If he had other things going on we would have either waited for the estimate or found another electrician.

We ended up going with a different electrician that our contractor worked with, but felt that Immanuel was fairly priced and professional and would have chosen him if the contractor we chose didn't know anyone.

I like the fact that he explained the operation of the hoist and demonstrated it for us. I have used him many times. He even did all of the electric when we built this house. He has a lot of experience and he does excellent work.
