Terrible.  Used the cheapest materials he could find.  None of the architect plans were followed.  He didn't pay his sub contractors (now they want the money from me).  I have fuzzy paint on the walls.  He left the old electrical outlets (so they are all in the corners of the rooms), didn't update electrical panel, said he tested furnaces and they were all good... they were not.  All were leaking CO.  Floor panels are going in all directions and not uniform.  He did nothing as planned!!  He was also very unprofessional.  The job was supposed to be done in August, he did not finish until end of Sept.  The couple that own the business are Tom and Kimberly Northem.
