We called Beyer again this summer when our septic alarm went off. I left a message and they never called back (it's now been a week). We called another company who fixed the problem quickly. They showed me that Beyer had never installed the riser (for which I paid $200) and installed more of the same cheap pipe I had before. The other company said it has to fix the work Beyer has done all the time.
