Called Curt because he is the closest Trane certified dealer to our home. Had an issue with the air conditioning after a control wire was damaged. He was able to come out within a day (it wasn't an emergency) and not only repaired the air conditioner (bad transformer) but did my fall service and cleaning, and identified a worn part on the humidifier. All of the work was a total of $140.00 with the work done on a Saturday morning and a visit back to install the part for the humidifier.
Curt was very professional and timely and, since our HVAC system is nearing its end of life, I will be going to him for the replacement when it is time.
