We have used this company numerous times. While they may be more expensive than other companies, they are always pleasant, responsive, efficient, and professional. 
They, among other things, installed a Generac gas generator for us that ran continuously for two weeks after Hurricane Sandy. They handled the permit and now service it annually.

We used them and they were fantastic in every respect.

They came once. I set up a follow up appointment, and no one showed up. There wasn't even a record of an appointment being scheduled.

Everything went very well. From dealing with the office to dealing with the electrician it was a very pleasant experience. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and they were even able to come sooner than originally planned. The electrician was very nice and very professional. I will definitely hire them for future work.

The electrician found the problem and corrected it.

I can't say enough good things about the work they have done and dealing with the owner of the company and his staff. Their pricing was very fair, the electrician they sent was meticulous and only cared that I was satisfied. The staff too was super responsive to our needs. I would give them an A+ and would highly recommend them.

Albertson Electric Inc.'s price was a little high. Other than that, the work was good. The electrician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He's easy to get along with.

I checked them out on Angie's List and they have got straight A's down the list. They have been excellent. Everything was A+ about them, from the way they handled themselves and their price. I have researched on the price and it is an expensive item. We got hit by hurricane Sandy here in Long Island and our electricity was out at that time for three weeks. So, we wanted to make sure that that did not happen again so we installed this generator. They were very pricy but their work was outstanding and that was an expected price. Their crew was good.

I picked them by their ratings on Angie's List. They were very good. I have no complaints about them and their work. They were very efficient and professional. The workers knew what they were doing. They could not finish it all on one day and they had to come back. They came back and the 220 line they put upstairs was too high on the wall because we had a new stove put in and the stove would not go against the wall because the outlet was too high. They came back and lowered the outlet for no charge. They were good with the work. I had nothing to compare the price with although I felt the price was within the ballpark.

They are on Angie's List. Angie's list said that they were expensive and they are but they are very prompt and good. They gave us an estimate of $2500; we gave them $250 today for the first visit and will give them another $200 for completion of the work. So far they have been good.

I had Joe the owner come down to give me an estimate and he and quot;seemedand quot; professional. I ordered work and that was my first mistake. I ordered new high hats to be installed and the employee made holes 20 holes in the ceiling in one room. This caused my to pay a contractor a lot of money to patch these when other electricians told me they would make 1 or 2 small holes and use a snake. The next issue was that at 10 am I got a call that they needed me to come down immediately because they couldn't work anymore unless I came to the house (I had been at work for 2 hours already). to show them where to put lights and switches although I had already gone over this with Joe. I told me boss I needed to leave and went to the house showed the guy exactly where to put everything and he put the lights and switches in the wrong places. I had to have the change this and then had to pay a contractor to fill the holes the left. I should have stopped the job here but needed the work done by a certain time for painting and then the same problem happened on switches again. A job that I was told to be 2 days turned out to be 2 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They also would not drop off my key for over a week of me calling until I had to go to their office myself. Our home is only a few blocks away. We had sent a check as promised and still days after receipt of the check they would not drop it off. In my mind this is very unprofessional and I felt like they were trying to hold my key until after the check cleared or something, until I put my foot down and went over and picked it up.

Albertson Electric responded immediately with the urgency the situation required...an electrician was here within
10-15 minutes, and completed the needed repair. The and quot;looseand quot; circuit breaker was put in place, and he didn't try to
sell me a replacement, as he said none was needed. They were prompt, courteous, and completed this urgent
repair. The electrician said that such and quot;loosenessand quot; could have caused a fire, so it is important to be aware
of any potential electrical issues at all times. The box in which this occurred, as with our electrical work, was intalled
by certified and licensed electricians, to code, and with permits. That is the ONLY way to go.

I used them about a month ago, and I had them come back, because I had some problem. They were very good. I liked their overall service. I can't see any reason to call a different electrician because I was very happy with them. There is nothing that I disliked. It was a fair price. I didn't run around for price and I had an idea of how much I had paid in the past to the local electricians. I was happy with their price. They were prompt and they came when they said they were going to come. The person that they sent was very nice and very efficient. Everything was fine.

I use them routinely as they are nearby. The jobs are professional. All the employees are good. There is only minor variation in quality amongst the different guys.

I had outage of series of power outlets and lights. On my initial call they replaced the fuse, but the problem returned. Then on another call, another guy rechecked all the power outlets and reattached them and solved the problem permanently.

Would use them again.

I know they're on Angie's List and I've used them for years. They have done all my work for years. They're very reliable, they come when they're supposed to, don't take apart things that don't need changing, they'll tell you not to bother with that, and they're very honest. Everything they've done for me has worked fine. I haven't had tremendous construction jobs that they were involved in, but, they've done fixtures, ordinary household things, and nothing that complicated. The staff is great and fine. I think the price is fine, too. I will continue to use them in the future.

He did a really nice job. It was a neutron switch that does a lot of stuff but it just went bad and had to be replaced. You can practically talk to it and it will do what you want. He actually had to read the directions so I know it was tough. I knew it was going to be complicated so that is why I called them. The overall experience was excellent. Everything was fine and there were no complications or callbacks.
