Ziebart Albany

I had my truck undercoated in 2012 at the Binghamton NY store. Every year went back for the inspections to what I was told to keep the warranty going. Every year I complained about the undercoating coming off before the end of winter especially the frame. Finally, 2018 they decided my frame needed to be scraped and undercoating reapplied then in 2019 again but this time they charged me to do it as the undercoating was coming off again. Last week I got home with truck looked out window and noticed truck was sitting funny went under truck and frame between cab and box was so rusted the frame broke on both sides. I took my trust into the salesmen at the shop that their product was protecting my truck unfortunately it was an expensive mistake. So far I'm being told there is no warranty on my undercoating. They have since blocked me from their Facebook page don't answer emails or phone calls pretty rotten way to do business. User's recommendation: do not trust these people to keep your car protected might look good after application but rusting underneath.

I frequently drive on the NYS thruway.  On my last trip, I went under a bridge that was being repaired.  Some gray liquid sprayed over the hood as I drove under.  It could have been water from a concrete process-but not sure.  I tried to get it off myself via a power wash, but it didn't do a very good job.  I called Ziebart to ask for advice.  Michael was very helpful and professional.  He offered options with no high pressure sales pitches.  I was able to get the car in right away due to a cancelation and Michael's ability to give me a quick call back.  I'm pleased to say - the gray spots are gone, the finish is back to a showroom shine and I have a plan to keep it that way.  Thanks to Michael and the Ziebart crew.  Great Job!  I'm definitely going back and would recommend them to others.

Michael was wonderfully polite and went above and beyond, helping sort out getting a windshield crack fixed and then taking me to somewhere that I could wait comfortably. The car was absolutely spick and span (after I was again picked up) -  no complaints whatsoever. It's not cheap, but it's not a cheap level of service. We will definitely use them again after next winter. After everything the tip I offered was politely declined.

I had my vehicle detailed inside and outside. I had scratches on the driver's side to the back of the vehicle. They were completely removed. The vehicle is now cleaned, looks better inside and outside than when I purchased it. There was A LOT of dog hair (Husky), dirt and salt on the interior of the vehicle. It all was completely gone. I am very satisfied with the service I received here. I will go back. Brian was wonderful and helpful at this location.

It was fine. They did service at a reasonable price. They did a good job with the interior. The exterior could have been a little better, but it was not terrible.

After looking into companies to have my car detailed and windows tinted I came across Ziebart on Angie's list and decided to stop by the shop to get an estimate.  The owner, Brian, Was extremely professional and helpful when we explained what we were looking for.  He took a look at the car and pointed out the small imperfections caused by the year of wear and tear as well as those pesky carts and door dings.  He quoted us for the detail and window tinting comparable to the other local stores, but he explained more about the process and the reassurance of quality.  I decided to inquire about the Diamond Glass paint protection to keep my car looking like I just drove it off the lot.  He took me out to show me his car that he had done and explained the advantage to the extra protection.  I was looking for this extra service at a few other locations and decided to go with it.
Brian was very accommodating allowing me to drop the car off the night before where they stored it in the shop for the night.  As estimated it took the day to complete the entire process.  When I picked up the car it looked fantastic.  It looked better than when I drove it off the lot.  Brian was such a friendly and personable individual, it made it the whole experience feel warm.  He explained the business, background and got to know me.  He helped me make a few decisions with out pushing items or services that I didn't need or want.  It was great to feel like a valued customer in an area that lacks that professionalism.  I would highly recommend anyone to his store.

A vehicle at work was splashed with some substance across the hood. We asked a few companies if they could clean it and they couldn't. We contacted Ziebart and they were able to do the job and clean the car to our satisfaction.

the vehicle was finished when the owner stated. the 2 men working on the vehicle were polite. I found this special on Ziebarts web-site. the usual price is $199. My wife was very happy.

I had the day off from work. I had been meaning to do a through cleaning of my car's interior.
It was raining very hard. I looked around for a detailer in the yellow pages and Google (this was BEFORE
I found Angie's list.  I contacted another and could not get an appointment for a week. I gave
Ziebart a call. They had a few cancellations that day and asked when I could get there. Can you
say perfect. I was there in 45 minutes and they had me done in just over 2 hours. They were able
to put 2 staffers on the job. This was the first time I had a car detailed 'professionally'  and it
will not be the last. Next time I will plan it better but I plan on Ziebart doing the work again.
They were friendly (I waited at their facility as it was raining hard) and the time passed by quickly.
I was expecting 3hrs and was extras happy when it was done (and it was DONE) in 2 hrs.
They did a great job.

It is a very good company. I have used them before. I moved and transferred my service. They have a ten year warranty on your car. They refresh it every year. It is a very reasonable price. It is a very good product. Your car will never rust.
