Mortgage Companies
They are very willing to work with us if we ask for a lower rate. They have refinanced our mortgage a couple of times for our benefit. I think this is good, solid business sense and we really appreciate it. The people we've dealt with have always been very helpful. They seem to take a personal interest in our well-being. We've never had to pay them for their service other than what the interest on the loan amounts to.
