Showed up on time, ready to go. Went straight to work and had the problem well in hand in minutes. I had been with out interior lighting in that room since prior to Halloween and realized it have even caused my out side light to fail. I was scared for the wee ones coming for candy so I borrowed a spot light from a neighbor to help them see. Not a fun evening I can tell you, as I set it up for their benefit but when I opened the door I could not see them. Anyway all went well, to my surprise and delight, just a loose wire. I imagined all kinds of terrible things that could be wrong, and in only one room and the outside light. The gentleman was gracious, patient, put you at ease and extremely confident. Me, basket case! I would recommend this company to friends and family, everyone! I will no doubt call them again if needed, without hesitation.
They came and performed the work quickly and the install looked nice.

"We pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction and stand by our work. There are times that new products installed become defective after we leave, or wires/screws become loose, etc. Regardless of the cause, we offer a 1 year warranty and gladly return to remedy the situation. If there were concerns we would have returned immediately and with urgency. We only became aware that the client was experiencing a problem after he requested we pay another electrician he hired to repair our work. We asked why he did not contact us as we would have made the repairs and he claimed he was concerned and hired a friend who came in the middle of the night. He stated the repair cost him $500 and we offered to pay if he would send us a copy of the bill. We received the bill and found out that he hired an electrician to do other unrelated work during the day and that the repair of our service was only $150. Because we asked to see a bill he threatened to write bad reviews on all major Internet sites which he did. While we are not perfect, we would have rectified our work at no expense. As it turns out, this client took advantage of this situation by grossly inflating the bill so we could pay for the other work he had done."

Allan at the company worked with me to schedule an appointment for the work. I wanted it done promptly but had medical a appointment which had to be kept. He told to check back with him to see if he could get someone here in enough time to be finished before 5:00 p.m. He did advise that if the problem required trips for parts, etc. it could go beyond 5:00. I called him after the medical appointment and he said he had someone who would come and do the work.
Mike showed up mid-afternoon. I reviewed what I had fixed, and it was working, but unknown to me, a separate wire inside the box had broken. I had already replaced a circuit breaker thinking that it was faulty. I asked Mike for additional work while he was here. He found numerous problems due to age, etc. He replaced an electrical box, wired in an on-off switch to the wall, found some compromised ground problems, and in general, did as I asked and fixed things up to present day code. Although the parts came in a little higher than estimated, they were well worth it to have things done right, especially with wiring.
The fact that Allan was able to work with me to get someone over here, and then get everything done for me before over-time kicked in was great. I used this company before and have been satisfied with their work, they have been prompt and in one instance when a cover plate of the wrong color was used, they promptly returned and replaced.

As the client states we were responsive and responded with urgency. The problem with a disruption of power is that there are other agencies (e.g the city inspector and the utility company) which have their own time frames which we can not control though try to influence. This was exacerbated by a holiday which impacted these agencies. However, it appears that we could have done a better job communicating the process and time frames. As a consequence we have implemented better processes to communicate, more clearly, all the steps required to get power restored."

"I have no information in my data base of this customer- I cannot verify that we were there, I haven't been notified that there was any issue with this person or that address. I am a woman owned business and have contact with every customer so "she" would have sent the person out, not "he". I can honestly say that returning phone calls promptly is very important to us and I apologize to any customer who doesn't receive a call responding to a message."
