Description of Work: Bill and John came to the house to inspect the work needed. They gave me a verbal amount and I agreed to that and asked them to send me a contract. I wanted to be sure their workers were insured. I waited, called, waited and called, weeks went by without any contract. There was lots of talk about how good they were and how they were ready to start in a few weeks. I had the money and was willing to write a large deposit check and make final payment at the end. No word. If Bill and John were booked for the Fall, they should just say so. If they did not want to do the job, why all the phone calls and delays? I have called other roofers who were honest and simply said they were too busy to do the work this Fall. That's the type of honest communication and integrity I want in a contractor. I have excellent credit and just wanted the job done properly. I would not recommend Titan Roofing.
