The photo time in studio was ok, the pictures themselves were ok.  Our special order 16 x 20 never arrived. Cost $100 plus $15.95 shipping.  We were told it would come in 1 to 2 weeks. Never came. Called to talk to manager brandon he said it had not shipped yet but to look for it " in a few days".  Never came.  Called again to see what about a tracking # or status, was told had not shipped yet.  Never came. Called again 5/23/11 told manager brandon no longer with company, and special order print was never ordered due to computer issue, asked to speak to new manager Patrick Caise, but he would not come to phone, told he would call us back.  He later called back confirmed order was not sent, I asked him to rush order the print as it was a birthday gift for our Mom and he said it was an outside company and he could not do that and " you cant get blood from a stone".  I asked for the name and phone number of his distict manager, he said his name is Geoge and we dont give out phone numbers and " Hey I called you back didn't I"he said.   He offered to upsize the print which would take another 3 weeks, if they dont have another computer glich, missing the birthday entirely.  No effort was made to try to rush the order, and it was " out of his hands " Extremely poor customer service.  He did offer us $25 dollars off our next visit, which we declined because we are not willing to deal with the poor customer service again...avoid at all costs
