They arrived to pack at the scheduled time. They were professional and friendly while working. They were considerate enough to leave a clock and lamp in my bedroom for me to use until the truck was packed 2 days later. The day they packed the truck they arrived on time, acted professionally; they did everything we asked them to do including packing equipment from a shed when there was still snow on the ground. The day they were to unload the truck they arrived on time and put boxes and furniture where we asked them to. On all 3 days they were considerate of pets in the houses. We have found no items damaged from the move.

They made what would usually be a stressful day very easy. The office staff and the movers were extremely responsive. They definitely care about their customers. The guys were careful with my things and were really enjoyable to have around. I'd definitely recommend them. I had a completely positive experience.

The woman on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. She said...no reason to come in, just sign the papers when the movers are done. They gave me an estimate on-line based on the list of items I gave them. The guys were on time, introduced themselves to us, asked what was going and what was staying, got the entire job done in less than two hours, and did an excellent job.

I have hired these movers in the past when my son moved and I cannot give them enough praise.

The end payment was less than the estimate as they took less time than was estimated.

This moving company was great. I HIGHLY recommend them based on my experience. It was truly the smoothest, stress free moving day I could have hoped for. Todd gave me an incredibly accurate estimate and list of items to be moved and a competative rate. He also took the time to always answer all my questions and concerns leading up to the moving date. He even called his foreman on moving day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Renee was helpful in answering questions and calming my 'moving fears'. Ron and his crew showed up right on time with a new, clean, well organized truck. Blankets and pads were all neatly folded and straps all hung on hooks etc. I knew right away that they knew what they were doing and were very professional. I even appreciated that they brought a sense of humor to what is typically a stressful day. Ron and the crew are extremely experienced. My belongings were going to two locations, a unit and a home. They carefully went through the house and took all items that I had marked for one location first and then finished loading the other items. I had concerns about everything fitting in the truck but no problem, the truck was well packed and they got it all in. (only one issue with a little damage to a cabinet). The loading day went smoothly which was a huge relief since I was already stressed and tired. It was professional all the way. They worked extremely hard and finished earlier than I had expected. They even delivered the day I needed which ended up being on a weekend! Ron drove the truck across the state and it was unloaded at both locations without incident. They were punctual and this crew was also VERY experienced and professional. They took great care with my belongings. I was very stressed about the move after hearing and reading so many moving horror stories about other movers. This company dispelled all of them. Moving can be a positive experience with the right movers. My experience with Ideal Move was top notch and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

No complaints, nothing was broken, the guys were on time.

The movers arrived punctually. I walked the foreman (don't know if that is actually his title) through the job. Some things were packed in storage bags instead of boxes which I found out was contrary to how I was supposed to do it. The movers were flexible and accomodating. This is the third time that I have hired the Ideal Move. They continue to be careful, efficient, and professional. I was glad to see that becoming associated with Allied Van Lines has not hurt the quality of the service that they provide.

All the people did a fantastic job. We were moving a large house hold of antiques. I was very worried! Everything arrived in tip top shape 1300 miles later. If your moving I highly recommend The Ideal Move LTD.

Joe and Jeremy were very friendly and professional. They were very punctual, clarified what needed to be done, got it done quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased.

The Ideal Move was efficient and professional from start to finish. Todd Geddes, vice president of the company, did the on-site estimation of weight and cost which was extremely close to the actual weight. He was helpful and thorough in his explainations and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a choice between the four moving companies I was interviewing. He also explained that his company built their own crates as needed. Other companies contract out for this service. Therefore, his company's price was 65% to 75% lower for crating than the other moving companies I interviewed.

Kim accurately completed my order and scheduled my move for exactly the dates I needed. Chris made sure the logistics were completed smoothly. They answered any questions I had. No hitches there.

And I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. Mike and the Albany crew of Dickie and Andrew (sorry if I have this man's name wrong) were an extremely hard working bunch of men who were very careful with all my things. I do not have antiques or expensive furniture but they still wrapped everything in blankets and carefully moved through the house with heavy bulky objects without any bumps to the walls or door frames. My smaller items were carefully wrapped and all arrived safely. Mike picked up a new crew at my new house's location and they were just as hardworking and careful. In fact, we have arranged with those two local men to do some extra work for us. Mike and his crews were hard working, conscientious, experienced, careful, polite, considerate--in short, a real pleasure to work with.

I could not recommend The Ideal Move more highly. I have used the word and quot;carefuland quot; many times in this review but obviously this a highly desirable adjective for a moving company. This company knows what they are doing. Everything went smoothly. Using The Ideal Move took away so much stress from the whole experience of moving half way across the country.

They showed up pretty much on time in Albany, packed everything in very quickly and then were very patient as it took me longer than it took them to arrive at my apartment in NYC. They then moved my belongings in and set up my bed. They were very friendly and helpful

It went well the move took a day as planned and the cost was what was expected. The delta was that they broke a mirror and nicked a piece of furniture, the total compensation they gave us was $60.

They arrived early, worked quickly and carefully, and were very professional.

Our experience was great. Everything was great. They arrived on time. They were respectful of my property. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The estimate was for six hours. The men came and were on time and worked hard. They finished the job in just over four hours. They treated the furniture as if it were their own. I was extremely pleased with their work.

THEY ARE GREAT SO FAR. THERE AREN'T ANY COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY MY SON AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. I COULD HANDLE IT ALL AT ONCE. I HAD TO INTERACT WITH TWO PEOPLE. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE.
