The Floor Trader had excellent selection and the staff was very knowledgeable. They're very willing to take the time to talk to us, to find out exactly what we needed, what would be the best for us with pets and children and they helped us make the best most important decision so we are very pleased.

I am very pleased with the flooring that was put in my home by Dominic Pugh. His price was very reasonable as he had a significantly lower estimate than any other company I called. His estimate was almost 1,000 dollars less than most estimates. Dominic also accurately measured and estimated the amount of material needed, which saved on costs as well. He was very prompt with getting back to me when I called him and he arrived on time with no delays. He was very pleasant to work with while remaining professional. He is very efficient with his work as it actually took less time to complete than he first estimated. I would use Stone Mountain Flooring Outlet again in the future.

My wife and I had been looking for cost-effective flooring - all we could get from our builder was $6/sq ft + for hardwoods. Stone Mountain came in under $4 for great floors and we found beautiful tile for our foyer / power room. We liked their stock carpet, so most of our flooring in the house is from Stone Mountain. Besides supplying good products, their patience and help in making our selections and explaining the differences in materials was very helpful. We used Don, one of their recommended carpet installers and have no complaints. Professional and good prices.

The transition pieces for the laminate flooring were a little hard to come by, however, but after several phone calls and some firm pressure on the sales staff, we finally got the pieces we needed. Overall, the selection and price is what makes it worth using Stone Mountain. The staff is always helpful and willing to assist in any needs that come up.
