 + -1 moreWE'VE USED THEM SINCE WE'VE HAD COMPUTERS IN THE HOUSE, SO FOR THREE OR FOUR YEARS. WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT ON TIME AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WERE GOING DO. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THE COSTS WERE. THERE IS AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO THE WORK.
Description of Work: THE FIRST TIME THE COMPUTER CRASHED, AND THEY FIXED IT. THE SECOND TIME THEY HELPED US TO GET BOTH OF OUR COMPUTERS TO COMMUNICATE BACK AND FORTH. THEY WERE HERE A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR.
