WE'VE USED THEM SINCE WE'VE HAD COMPUTERS IN THE HOUSE, SO FOR THREE OR FOUR YEARS. WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT ON TIME AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WERE GOING DO. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THE COSTS WERE. THERE IS AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO THE WORK.
