They were very professional. They were on time and listened to where we wanted the tank placed and where we wanted the propane line installed and were very efficient in getting the work done so that we could have heat before it got too cold.

Suburban Energy were very informative and explained everything to me. They went through options for me. One of their sales managers even came by and double checked to make sure I really needed two tanks and not just one. They came out and helped me to try and save money and what I was going to need. I was very pleased with their service.

We really like that we can pay them an annual fee and then get free service the rest of the year. They are very prompt and responsive if we have a problem. We used them for a long time and have no complaints. Everyone who has come out has been professional and courteous.

THEY HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT IN GETTING TO THE SITE. HOW THEY WORKED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY FURNACE SINCE.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. WE LOST HEATING IN A COLD TIME OF YEAR AND THEY CAME PROMPTLY. THEY CAME WITH ALL THE RIGHT COMPONENTS, THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE AND COME BACK. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND QUIETLY WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.
