Computer Repair
WE TOOK IT INTO STAPLES TO HAVE IT DIAGNOSED. THEY HAD IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. WHEN WE PICKED IT UP, IT WASN'T FIXED AND THEY CHARGED US $50. THEY SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING DRASTICALLY WRONG, BUT COULDN'T FIX IT IN THE STORE. THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND HE REPAIRED THE HARD DRIVE, AFTER A SECOND TRIP. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH HIM. I FEEL NOT GETTING ANYTHING FOR THE INITIAL FIFTY DOLLARS WAS BAD, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.
