They stole a sledgehammer and crow bar from my home, then left all their tools sitting everywhere for over a week until I placed them all outside and texted for them to pick them up. I was also instructed to purchase 250 pounds of thin set cement for the 150 sq ft kitchen. Those bags are still sitting in my dining room. Guess they could not take them to their next job after I installed the security cameras. They damaged a grate on the floor, made a mess everywhere. The workmanship is poor and sloppy. I looked online, but the sloppy crew of Micheal Durandt is well hidden behind the SDR name. After having problems with this crew someone referred my to Angie's List. I found a contract to fix the damage and finish the floors for a much more reasonable price with higher quality work. Thank you, Angie's List! I'll submit pictures shortly.
