Very respected local builder with long history. We are quite pleased with the house, less so with the lawn and grade work. Not as responsive to post construction issues as we would like.

THEY ARE A HIGHLY REGARDED BUILDER. THEY'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR THIRTY OR FORTY YEARS SO THEY HAVE A SYSTEM DOWN. THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM; MANY BUILDERS USE SUBCONTRACTORS AND I THINK SOMETIMES THEY RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SUBS. ONE OF THE SONS OF THE ORGANIZATION WAS A BIT ARROGANT IN HIS DEMEANOR TOWARD CUSTOMERS WHILE ALL THE OTHERS WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
