Great job! There were a couple of layers of kitchen flooring and he made it work in a very old 100 year old Schenectady house. He Installed vinyl flooring planks and a thin underlayment underneath the planks that I purchased from Lowe’s. He did a great job and it looks beautiful.

Al did a great job on my bathroom remodel. He was referred to me by a good friend and she uses him all of the time for everything. He had to demo the whole bathroom. His paint job was meticulous. He is very trustworthy as I left him every day while I was at work. His prices are very fair and he gets back to you right away. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again. I love my new bathroom!

After telling me several different start dates and canceling, I told him it had to be done before winter. He said it would take a couple days so I arranged for the tenants of the house to use the neighbors stairs for those days. He ripped down the old stairs and disappeared for a week. I called him several times he finally went back and began to cob something together with no planning at all. He pieced together precut 5 rise stringers from Home Depot and couldn’t make it work. So his answer was to call me with a bunch of excuses and quit, leaving me with no stairs for my tenants and a bunch of debris in my yard from the old stairs.
