Excellent! They were very accommodating of my schedule needing the work done by a deadline for a closing. Very responsive with customer service. Plan to use them again for other electrical projects.

GREAT!! I was not yet a customer, but they were recommended to me by a Capital District Association of Rental Property Owners when my electrician cancelled on me twice. I was told that they had an electrician in my area and if he could fit me in they would call me back. About 15 minutes later I received a call that they could fit me in later that afternoon. Right on time I received a call from the electrician that he was on his way. The job was done in timely manner, he took time to explain what was going to be done and how. I was VERY satisfied with the job.

Could not have gone better.  Once I confirmed new tank was needed provider had it purchased, delivered and installed same day.  I work from home, no interruptions/issues with my work day. Provider removed old tank, installed new, tested/ensured it was working properly. made sure I understood operation, had paperwork and cleaned up work site.

Tech arrived day one, realized due to weather we would need to come back to properly fix the outside unit. Office kept in touch with me and too my schedule into account. Came back today, resolved the issue and tested it thoroughly to make sure.

I love them. There was a requirement; the city had a requirement that you had to have an outside outlet. It was really hard to find somebody who was interested in working with the plumber who was going to do the air conditioning. They were just absolutely terrific and the plumber liked working with them so much. Their price was very reasonable, because I had got other estimates. Regarding punctuality, they were wonderful.

Work went very well. They arrived on time, very friendly, took care of all the work quietly (I work from home), despite the heat the team took their time to make sure it was all done correctly.
