The movers brought a Baldwin piano in mint condition to my home from a location about 45 miles away. They were prompt and communicated with me throughout the process of pick up and delivery. They backed the truck into my yard with skill and care, maneuvering around gardens, the leech field,etc. The piano was thoroughly wrapped and such care was taken during the move to ensure that the piano arrived in perfect condition. Both movers were very polite and very efficient in their work. They were also very mindful to avoid any damage to my home and yard. A wonderful experience!

The move went very well. The professionals were great, very helpful, competent, and friendly. Only blemishes on the day were surprisingly minor and insignificant for a move—way below my expectations based on past experiences with moves and movers. Nothing fragile, valuable, or emotionally significant was damaged or lost. I’d definitely hire again.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough, not only did they have the best price of the three quotes I obtained, they showed up on time, worked extremely hard and quick, very professional. Took great care of all our furnishings, they did such a great job I hired them two months later to do another move. can’t go wrong with this company!

Joe, the owner, was unbelievably flexible in adjusting to our numerous changes to our moving schedule. Tammy was a tremendous help in making the final arrangements. On moving day the guys did a great job. They were on time professional and very knowledgeable on the moving process. They completed the move in a timely manner. A pleasure to work with.

Let me start by saying that Joe and his team were awesome. they showed up a little early and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently without any dilly dallying or taking excessive breaks. The guys were very polite and handled our stuff with care. I couldn't ask for a more smooth experience and to top it off, the price was very reasonable. I don't think I can say this loud enough or often enough, I HIGHLY RECOMEND if you want a hassle free and efficient move, go with Joe and team over at Protocol Van Lines!
