Precision Time - Crossgates

i bought a fossil watch from the store.  When I got home,  I saw that it was dirty under the watch crystal.   I thought this was defective or had been resoled to me.   I went back to the store the next day and the manager, (a tall bald guy) who I bought the watch from, said it could be fixed. He gave the watch to another store empoyee who tried to clean the inside of the watch.  The employee tested it under water and the watch leaked water on the inside.   Prior to all this , the manager soled me an extended warranty.  He told me this would cover any damages.  Well, he gave me the watch a back, it was ruined.  It no longer worked.  I asked for a new watch or to have the current on repaired.  He expressed that this was all my fault and stated that I could not return it for a new one.  Also, he said that it was not covered by the warranty.  He told me if I wanted it repaired, I would have to pay for it. Now don't forget, I bought the watch was the extended warranty.  Needless to say, I was very frustrated.  This man lied and ruined my watch which cost $150.00.   He told my I couldn't speak to his manager.  He handed be his card and said "go ahead, call the Better Business Bureau." He then threw the watch to me.  He said "I really don't care what you do."   So,  I can't say enough about this experience.  I never went back to the store.  Im telling everyone I know, not to use this store.   This is the worse experience I have ever had!!!!!   DONT USE THIS STORE!!!!!!
