Peggy's Cleaning Service

I only had them here once but they were excellent. You need to have your own supplies, that's an issue but it's working right now for me. They were here when they were supposed to be.

About 2 weeks prior to when I wanted the house cleaned, I contacted Peggy. We set up a time to meet over there so she could say what they would or would not do, and the cost. She said they don't do windows (in or out), but that was acceptable to me. We chose a date for the cleaning.
I was to let the staff in around 9am, and they were prompt. Three women were there to clean. I showed them the tasks and left them with some cleaning supplies that had been at the house.
I returned hours later to a house that smelled so clean. It was sparkling ! From the grimy wood doors to the dirty window sills to the filthy kitchen area in the basement... they attacked it all and it looks great.
Peggy's staff did a great job.

We contacted the office and left a message. Peggy returned the call and we scheduled a visit so that she could see the house and review what was to be done. She showed up on time and was friendly and professional. She informed us of the fee and we scheduled the service. The worker showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. We had prepared a list of what we wanted done (we gave a preliminary list to Peggy) and reviewed it with her. We showed her around the rooms to be done. She gave me an estimate of the time it would take and she was very accurate. Based on our experience, next time we will be a little more specific on what we want done..

Peggy herself is extremely pleasant and extremely responsive to issues. Had strong difficulty with thoroughness and detail with her staff and the amount of time spent in the house to get all the work done. Peggy responded very well and took care of the issues. She brought in some additional help to get caught up. Now we are back on track with two people working each week. She has responded extremely well and she has followed up well. Punctuality; I'm never here. They show up when they are suppose to show up, by the time we get home, they are done.

I called this company as a result of Angie's List. The owner came to give an estimate, she was VERY personable and professional. She picked which staff member she wanted to clean my home (Nicole). When it came to setting up a time for Nicole to come for the first time she was very accommodating to my schedule. The day Nicole arrived although I was not home other houseshold members were and stated she was on time, very personable and very efficient. I'm not exactly sure how long it took her but the house looked and smelled spotless. The "clean" scent lasted for over 2 days! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED!

Initially, it took a few phone calls for Peggy and I to connect, but she is easy to work with and I liked her. The person she assigned, showed up on time, was energetic and pleasant.

They do an excellent job. They have several people that they've had for years. They are very reliable. You'll probably get the same one or two people who will become familiar with cleaning your house. They are very good and meticulous. Their prices are about average.
